Our software: FAME !

The FAME-system is an integrated facility management information system, that is build from a common “base” where the basic data of the facility organization are stored. On this "base", the various modules (building blocks) are put down, which ensure that an integrated system will apply for the organization.

The great advantage of the system is that when multiple modules are activated, these modules also directly exchange information. This would create a system for the facility organization, where the various disciplines easily can work with.

Some advantages of this structure are:

  • Minimum effort to keep data up to date
  • The entire (facility) company uses the same software tool
  • Staff exchange is possible because of the easy operating of the system
  • Always, actual, complete and unambiguous information

The most important starting point of the realization and development of our system is; Keep it Simple! With other words; make the system not more difficult than necessary, try to approach the program functions on a logical and human way, so the users can make with the least effort the system of their “own”.

Het FAME-systeem is een integraal Facilitair Management Informatie Systeem (FMIS), dat opgebouwd is uit een gezamenlijke 'fundering', waarin de algemeen toepasbare gegevens van de facilitaire organisatie worden opgeslagen. Op deze fundering kunnen de verschillende modules (bouwstenen) worden neergezet, die er voor zorgen dat er een geïntegreerd systeem voor een organisatie van toepassing wordt.

Het grote voordeel van het systeem is, dat als er meerdere modules worden geactiveerd, deze modules ook direct onderling met elkaar gegevens kunnen uitwisselen (integratie). Op deze wijze ontstaat voor de facilitaire organisatie een systeem, waarmee de diverse disciplines binnen de facilitaire organisatie op eenvoudige wijze kunnen werken.

Een paar voordelen van deze opzet:

  • Minimale inspanning om de basisgegevens up to date te houden.
  • De gehele facilitaire organisatie werkt met hetzelfde programma.

For example, visitors can quickly and easily be admitted to the parking and the person who's expecting the visit can be easily informed. The module "maintenance for long-term" provides  managers of real estate through our software access to their property data. Allows you insight to maintenance of the building, including maintenance costs. The long-term plan is built through the pair of the cycle and condition score to the elements / components of the “cartotheek”. The “cartotheek” is constructed from the location book, this describes per space the elements / components which are be present with the right quantity. These volumes and locations are to be appointed by the user, so that each building been custom made. The long-term planning gives an easy and quick view of the upcoming activities and the cost of preventive maintenance. You can also save into the “buildingfile” drawings and other documents.

It is possible to send messages from the system to an employee who is in possession of a PDA. This person can directly read his assignments on his PDA and immediately set to work.
