Reservation rooms and services

The reservations module offers your company the ability to easily manage your requested (regular) booking for rooms and services. The reservation of Services can be combined with the reservation of the rooms. Obviously double bookings will be automatically avoided. Calculation of cost is a standard function. Period repeated bookings are easily placed into the system. This prevents a lot of manual work and time. The module also contains a function to have a directly overview of your occupancy of the room. All kind of communication about bookings and services are easily send to the applicant by email.

Visitor registration

Employees could announce their visitors with the self-service portal, print badges, inform the reception, it’s all possible in the module reservations. Also your reception staff can see easily when the visitors will come to the organization and for who they come.

Intranet

By using the self-service portal you have a direct overview of your available rooms. Employees could announce their visitors with the self-service portal.

Various management reports and statistics are the permanent components of this module.
